Got out to running after taking a week off to a popping left knee.
Sat Jan 10...5.8 miles 65 mins. Something like 10:50 per mile.
Mon Jan 12...8.5 miles 93 mins. I ate a lot during running and never felt exhausted. 11 minute miles.
Tues Jan 13...3.4...35:30 mins. Something like 10:30 mins. Weather kind of rough. Legs felt heavy. 1st mile was 9:40.
Wed Jan 14...3.4 34:42 mins. A little over 10 min miles. Wind chill 19 degrees.
Thurs...Single digit temps. Sub zero wind chill = no run.
Friday...Even colder! No run.
Sat...8.5 miles 93 mins.
