A little over 11 minute miles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Two thoughts: (1) I'm OK w/ being slow. Although I do have a target of keeping it in the 10 minute mile or less range.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(2)After being off for two weeks you lose some endurance and speed. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In general I feel very good.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tues: Storms~No run.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wed: 7 miles in 74 minutes. Windy and got caught in a pretty good downpour. &lt;br /&gt;Still sore from Monday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Friday: 7.2 miles 82 minutes. New route. Time: 1:15. 39 degrees.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First 3 were rough. Last 3 I felt loosened up. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Grinding up the hill to Speedway is a killer. By the time I am coming home I am already fried when I start grinding up the hill in front of Wal Mart.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Overall good run.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ran 3 miles from Speedway to home. 38 mins.
